Nick and Kelly Simons, brothers, have operated the beach concession along the Pinellas Gulf Coast for forty years. We owe our start and knowledge of the "beach business" to Edward Hickey, Jr. of Ed's Beach Service, a pioneer in the concession business, who has established himself as the leader in our service oriented field. Our products have evolved to encompass materials that withstand the rigors of weather, salt, and sand. One could say that we put our outdoor furniture through the ultimate cycle test! After having seen the very harsh conditions that our beach service can encounter, we know what holds up and what doesn't!

In short, if we use it in our business, it must be good!

We have recently supplied the Longboat Key Club in Sarasota, Fl. and also the Tradewinds Resort in St. Pete Beach, Fl.; two of the premier resorts along the Gulf Coast of Florida. In addition, we recently supplied Boca Resorts, in Boca Raton, FL, as well as a shipment to Starwood Resorts in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas, and an Orlando, FL lakeside resort named The Bahama Bay Resort. What We Do!

You will find our rental business from John's Pass in Madeira Beach, Fl., and extending northward to include the DoubleTree Resort of North Redington Beach, and northward to the condominiums of Indian Shores, Fl. in Pinellas County.

We rent cabanas, umbrellas, and chaise lounges on a daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.

We also have Hobie Cat sailboats, and Hobie kayaks at some locations.
